This session is only for London College of Fashion students. It is aligned to your Graduate Futures start up and freelance journey.
Through a hands-on pricing and cash flow exercise, you will practice how to calculate basic costs, allocate budgets, forecast sales, and manage your cash flow. Whether you are freelancing or building a brand, this session will allow you to develop a clear plan aligned to a clear budget to keep your business financially on track.
You’ll learn:
- How to create a simple finance model for your business idea.
- Hands-on experience with pricing and cash flow planning.
- Actionable steps to improve financial decision-making.

Speakers
- Marianna Ferro has extensive experience in the design and implementation of innovative business models, combining a strong financial background with a deep knowledge of sustainability practices and impact investment. She has worked with companies across Europe, China, and South America such as HSBC, UniCredit and Virgin Startup.
