By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing to the information below:

1. Participation & Health

• I confirm that I will inform the instructor of any existing injuries, medical conditions, or other factors that may affect my ability to take part in the class.

• I understand that Pilates involves physical activity and, as with any form of exercise, carries a risk of injury.

• I acknowledge that I participate voluntarily and at my own risk.

• La Vie By Rosie and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.

2. Refreshments & Allergies

• Light refreshments may be provided at the event.

• I understand that La Vie By Rosie is not responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerances.

• It is my responsibility to check ingredients or avoid items that may cause an adverse reaction.

• Ellie's oat bowls may find the following allergens (gluten, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, and tree nut).

3. Tickets & Refunds

• All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another event date unless otherwise stated.

• In the unlikely event that La Vie By Rosie must cancel or reschedule, ticket holders will be contacted directly.

4. Photography & Media

• Photos or videos may be taken during the event for promotional use on social media and marketing materials.

• Please let the instructor know before class if you prefer not to be included.

5. General

• Please arrive on time to allow for setup and a full class experience.

• All mats and equipment are provided unless otherwise stated.

• By attending, you agree to follow the instructor’s guidance and to listen to your body throughout the session.
