P&T Knitwear is pleased to welcome Laura L. Rubin to celebrate and discuss her new book, ; a practical guide filled with over seventy-five unique prompts, foundational journaling practices, and exercises for silencing the inner critic while tapping into your wisdom and innate creativity.
Laura will be joined in conversation by Amber Rae, author of . Along with a discussion interspersed with writing prompts and journaling time, and an audience Q&A, Laura will also sign copies of her book.
Both tickets and books are available on eventbrite and at the door. Doors open at 6:30pm with the talk starting closer to 7pm.

Laura L. Rubin is the founder of AllSwell Creative, a mindful writing company devoted to cultivating self-awareness and creativity through journaling. A leading voice in the modern mindfulness movement, Rubin has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Vogue, and Forbes for her work connecting the simple act of writing with the science of emotional wellbeing. Rubin is also the founder of EndsWell, a nonprofit initiative that pairs trained journaling facilitators with underserved communities, using the written word as a tool for healing, self-expression, and resilience.
