Reverse Heist!

Come celebrate the release of a middle grade tale full of mystery and thrills! We're delighted to welcome New York Times bestselling author SAYANTANI DASGUPTA for the launch of her latest page-turner: !

Ria Bailey finds herself in quite a fix, and it all begins when a ruby turns up in the mail -- a ruby with a strong resemblance to the one that's just been stolen from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. To complicate matters further, Ria's mother, an advocate for returning artefacts that have been stolen from other countries, has just been pushed to resign from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Could she be involved somehow?

Worried that this might be the case, Ria and her friends plot to return the gem during their school's annual museum sleepover. But the plot runs deeper than they realize and it isn't long before they find themselves in the middle of a massive conspiracy.

It's a New York-based story full of twists, turns, and terrific characters. Sayantani will be in conversation with PETER LERANGIS, author of the incredible (and also New York-based) and . Don't miss out on this delightful event!
