Reconnect to Laughter and Joy at our Stress-busting, mood boosting laughter yoga well-being workshop
A journey to help you reconnect to laughter and joy. This includes oodles of Laughter, Games, Social Connection, Laughter Meditation and more + optional social after the workshop :-) Ho Ho Ha Ha Ha
Feeling stressed? Has life just become too serious ? Lost the ability to laugh ? Perhaps you just love laughing and can't get enough of it :-) Suffering from anxiety ? Lacking Confidence ? This is for YOU!!! Laughter Yoga can seriously help you. This is a powerful yet fun hour and a half and also a great opportunity to meet new friends at our optional after laughs social.
You will feel fantastic, not just during the workshops but most likely for the entire weekend!
Join us to bust the stress, lift your energy and your mood and feel awesome. This is a real natural high! and a hugely powerful yet fun workshop. Come with an open mind, leave feeling great and with an open heart :-)
The laughter yoga teacher will take you on a journey allowing you to release and open up to laughter and play. If you are shy or feeling apprehensive, you will most likely feel more open, more connected and more confident by the end of the workshop.
We will start the workshop with some playful activities to help us to open up and get to know one another. Following on from that we will have an opportunity to share and get to know one another with some ice breakers. Below is an approximate outline of the morning workshop.

What to wear
Wear something you are comfortable to move in and we will probably lie on the floor for a short ending mediation at some point! so if you like bring a mat for comfort. Bring water too, Laughter is thirsty work! We may lie down on the floor, you may wish to bring a mat/cushion for extra comfort.

Laughter Yoga is not a substitute for medical consultation for physical, mental and psychological illnesses, but is a powerful natural complementary form of healing. It is like any other aerobic exercise and may not be suitable for everyone as it involves some physical strain and a rise in intra-abdominal pressure.
Some people may have pre- existing medical conditions and one should take reasonable precaution before doing laughter exercises or indeed any form of exercise.
