❗ These regular lessons happen every Thursday from 17:00-18:00. Every month the focus will be on a different topic.
💥 LEVEL
Intermediate & Higher. Basic dance skills in Salsa, Bachata, or other Latin dances are required. These lessons are danced solo (not in couples). If you’re not sure whether your level is enough, just come and give it a try once!

Přijď v červnu na Ladies Heels s Martinou Drasarovou. Tématem budou Spins & Turns. Zaměříme se na:
• čistou techniku otáček a balanc
• elegantní spiny a spotting
• styling a jistotu v pohybu
• ženskost, sílu a být sama sebou 💋

Videa z minulých hodin pro představu:
❗ Tyto pravidelné lekce se konají každý čtvrtek od 17:00 do 18:00. Každý měsíc bude zaměření na jiné téma.
💥 ÚROVEŇ mirně pokročilí a vyšší. Jsou vyžadovány základní taneční dovednosti v salse, bachatě nebo jiných latinskoamerických tancích. Tyto lekce se tančí sólo (nikoliv v párech). Pokud si nejste jisté, zda je vaše úroveň dostatečná, přijďte si to jednou vyzkoušet!
