Late Summer Mocktails with Whole Fruit Licuados

Watermelon and peaches are great on their own, but did you know you can use these whole fruits in easy-to-prepare summer beverages? This class will get you dusting off your blender to make flavorful licuados with local North Carolina fruits that are in season.
In addition to learning about what fruits work for this preparation, you’ll prepare three mocktails (including suggestions for liquor if you want to include it) using herbs and other flavors to spice things up. We’ll provide the blenders and also give suggestions if you don’t have one and still want to use these fruits in your drink creations.
