About this Event

Come along and enjoy original music from some of Aucklands top talent in a lounge vibe setting. You'll get a chance to connect with other audience members (and maybe make a new friend or two), as well as chat with the artists during the night. A chill social vibe with tasty tunes and stories. And, if you've been to an event at Movespace before - you know it comes with good cosy vibes to begin with!

July Artists:

THE CURLS: Meet The Curls - a duo hailing from the mighty West Coast of Auckland! They combine smooth vocals with groovy bass lines and catchy guitar riffs. Inspired by 70s soul and funk, The Curls have been busy gigging around Auckland and are excited to showcase their brand-new original tunes for listeners.

SOPHIE GIBSON: Sophie is an accomplished singer/songwriter who is all about spreading her love of music to any audience she graces. She's been compared to Eva Cassidy, Billie Eilish and Amy Winehouse – but ultimately, her warm and genial presence solidifies her as something truly unique.

CHARLES JAMES WALKER: Charles has toured the world playing shows in Europe's largest festivals, treehouse bars in the South Pacific, and every nook between. His showmanship as a performer and craftmanship as a songwriter bear resemblance to an early Springsteen and a pre-electric Dylan.

GUY WISHART: Guy Wishart is an Auckland Singer Songwriter who has released 6 solo albums and 3 band albums. His has won an APRA Silver Scroll and Best Folk Album.
