May 2026 we invite you to absolute treat of day for rest, self care and full body and mind relaxation in the beautiful Comwell Borupgaard and it’s peaceful seaside surroundings - A full refreshing and recharging day out of the buzz of the town to relax and treat yourself to something truly cup-filling. The event will take place on Mother’s day making it a beautiful event to share with or gift to your mother, nevertheless it is absolutely open for everyone who would like to gift themself to a resetting and nourishing pause leaving you completely softened and deeply relaxed.
SCHEDULE
10.00-10.30 - Arrival, tea & fruit
10.30-12.00 - 90 min. Soundbath, Yoga Nidra & Aromatherapy
A full-body-and-mind restorative soundbath experience where the sounds, full body relaxation and essential oils bring you down to complete calm and help you find deep physical and mental relaxation and rest.
12.00-12.30 - Changing and refreshments
Time to pause and land from the soundbath with some tea and light snacks + change of clothes for the saunagus
12.30-14.00 - Saunagus with body-scrub and view to the trees
Experience a cleansing and multisensory sauna ritual where the essential oils are poured on the warm stones which creates a calming steam. Saunagus increases blood circulation and helps the body to get rid of impurities while loosening muscle tensions and reduces stress. To add to relaxation the sauna has a window to the little pond and trees and to make the experience extra refreshing you can take a cold shower and soak in the fresh spring air in between the sauna sessions. After the sauna session you’ll receive a cleansing scrub which exfoliates the skin and helps remove dead skin cells giving your skin a fresh, glowing and silky-smooth feel.
Finishing the day at the AquaSpa - 14.00-…
Take all the time you want to Relax in Borupgaards exclusive spa area where you’ll get access to pools, sauna and steam rooms - the perfect ending to this day full of relaxing and well-being.

LOCATION: Comwell Borupgaard - Nørrevej 80, 3070 Snekkersten. 50km north from Copenhagen - a short 5 minute walk from the train station.
Facilitator: Kika Krutop is a yoga teacher and a sound therapy practitioner who deeply values creating those increasingly precious and needed time and moments for rest, calm and re-centering with and for oneself in the world that is only getting busier and fuller of distractions. She has facilitated over 200 private and public soundbaths in and around Copenhagen and teaches yoga both online, in companies and yoga studios.
What to bring: Comfortable clothes for yoga and a towel, swimwear and flip-flops for the Saunagus. It’s also possible to rent towels and bathrobes at the Spa for 130.-
