Through guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, you’ll be invited into a deeply relaxing space where stress melts away and your energy can rebalance. It’s the perfect way to begin the day feeling grounded, peaceful, and refreshed. No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring an eye-mask if you'd like. 

Please arrive at 10:15 for a 10:30 start. Included in your ticket will be a free hot drink for you to enjoy after the session.
