Meet fellow biological women with or awaiting diagnosis of adhd or autism for a visual arts based get together. This weekly session will explore a wide range of materials and techniques to build on your existing skills or introduce you to new activities This group aims to develop peer support within the group and invite people to join a warm friendly safe environment.
Each week will feature a range of arts materials to create your own works based on your creative interests.
An opportunity to develop your drawing and paint skills, try out new techniques, experiment with techniques and practices.
