About this Event
Do you have a mission in life, but you are not sure what it is? Are you going through a transitional phase, struggling deeply with not knowing anything anymore, feeling hopeless and lonely? Are you having doubts about the path you are on where obstacles are created by your own chattering mind?
Let’s stand still for a moment, tune into stillness and gain some clarity.
In-between everything
Going through a transitional stage sometimes creates an uncomfortable state of anxiety, stress and fears where everything feels in-between. Your mind is trying to hold on the old setting, but you feel you don’t belong in the place that you’ve once chosen anymore. At the same time, you might not feel ready for the next stage, although your heart is longing for you to move there.
Laku Tiga Rasa method
In this circle, we use principles from Kejawen, Javanese spirituality to get clarity. Laku Tiga Rasa means ‘three practices from the inner, felt sense’.
In Kejawen, the highest purpose is to live in harmony with life. We need to be in harmony with Tri Hita Karana, the triangle leading to wellbeing and harmony. This triangle consists of a relationship with:
1. The divine (God, the universe),
2. (Fellow) humans or being human,
3. Nature and earth.
Doing ‘good’ (harmonious) deeds will help in these relationships and lead to inner wellbeing.
But foremost, we need to be in harmony with ourselves. To achieve this, we make space to be Suwung (silent). We let Rasa, inner feelings that live in us, come up from stillness, which is comparable to intuitive sensations from the inner heart, Ati. Then, we know our deepest Ati Resih, purity in our hearts. From this place, we step into the triangle and live life.
In today’s circle, together, let’s:
- Connect to our deepest selves and Ati Resih in safety and with support.
- Use rituals and practices to direct, strengthen and anchor our transformation.
- Remind ourselves of harmony and how this feels.
- Step into the triangle of the divine, earth and human.
- Find clarity about our current life stage, mission and daily purpose.
- Learn the next step to take on our present path.
Let’s answer the following questions:
1) What do you need in daily life to be still?
2) What does your triangle look like, presently? How are your relationships with the divine, nature and other people? Which angle is important for you, right now?
3) What is your heart showing you about your mission and purpose in daily life?
4) What do you need during this transition phase?
5) What is the next step to take?

Experiences from other HSPs
“The workshop “Energetic and Practical Protection for HSPs” with Nesya was very valuable to me. She knows how to create a calm and safe atmosphere, in which there is space to share and to search for recognition and acknowledgement with each other. Which ultimately created a feeling of strength around my sensitivity. She also provides concrete tools that led to insight into dealing with my high sensitivity. The workshop was a first step for me in embracing my sensitivity and seeing its strength."
