We will focus on Health in Relationships; Love for our Selves, and Love of Life, how we flow in Relationships, and how to be grounded and rooted, and at the same time spontaneous and flowing with Life! Our focus will be the essence of the second chakra. Through our second chakra we relate to our bodies, and through our bodies we relate to the world. In the belly is the source of our healing powers. When our second chakra is strong our boundaries are strong, and we understand who we are in relation to others and we intuitively know and feel our place in the world. If it is weak, we may move awkwardly through life, leaking energy and feeling powerless and off balance, as if we are not in our bodies. Come in the sacred circle and be led through guided movements, meditations, and sound to bring about self-esteem, healing, playfulness, creativity, and the ecstasy of Flow. En-joy ritual and Tantric teachings. Bring Healing to your sexuality, your low belly, the womb, kidneys, bladder, digestion, spleen, liver, and low back. Awaken your creativity and bring wholeness to emotional and relationship issues.

Aphrodite is pleasure made holy. She awakens sensuality, creativity, emotional flow, and feminine magnetism. Through her, women reclaim desire without shame and creativity as prayer.
Lakshmi is a goddess of light, beauty, good fortune, health and wealth. She signifies Love and Grace. Often depicted on a lotus which represents purity, fertility, and beauty.

The Goddess Lakshmi is the Hindu form of the timeless Mother-Goddess who nurtures and nourishes all life. This practice of personifying the beauty and bounty of earth as a goddess was prevalent in all ancient cultures. Lakshmi is the goddess of beauty, fertility, luxury, loving power, wealth, health, abundance, fortune, and auspiciousness. ❤️🌷
We will sing, chant, pray, pass the talking flower, practice sacred movement, including kundalini or yin yoga and/or belly dance or hula dance, and live music will be facilitated to help take you deeper into the flow. We will enjoy beautiful flowers, sensual candles, sage, sweetgrass, songs, mantras, nourishing foods, self-care and ceremony. We will Sing in Hawaiian and Chant in Sanskrit. 🌺
Herbs and spices include turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, calendula, hibiscus, sandalwood, and damiana. We will have a golden milk and teas such as red raspberry leaf to drink and nourish with. 🍵
Please enjoy wearing something orange, play with flowers in your hair, and bring an extra layer or 2 such as a shawl and a small blanket, a journal, pen, something scrumptious and nutritious, including orange foods such as mangoes, peaches, carrots, pumpkin, oranges, sweet potatoes, squash, salmon, coconut, sesame seeds, grains, bread, soups, salads, and healthy and scrumptious desserts! Feel free to bring or wear stones such as sunstone, carnelian, red jasper, desert sunset jasper, tiger’s eye, coral or agate. Dark chocolate is Always welcome, as well as any offering from your heart. 🧡
