Come along for some fun and push yourself in a supportive atmosphere with some accessible interval training.
Due to Covid 19, we encourage all attending runners to adhere to the social distancing requirements of 1.5 m and government regulations in place at the time
We request all measures are taken to minimise physical contact and keep the appropriate distance to other runners around you.
