Sunday 3 May – Old Man of Coniston & Dow Crag Hike
A guided mountain walk starting from Coniston village, taking in the dramatic ridges of Dow Crag before summiting the iconic Old Man of Coniston.
Distance: approx. 6.5 miles
Difficulty: moderate – suitable for women with good fitness
Monday 4 May – Canyoning in Church Beck
Experience the thrill of canyoning as we explore natural slides, plunge pools, and scrambling sections in one of the Lake District’s most exciting mountain streams.
No canyoning experience needed.
All specialist equipment provided.

Led by experienced outdoor guides Anne Kemp-Eyre and Mark Eddy, with Julia Hartley from Guided Outdoor Adventures joining the weekend.
