Welcome to Lager Land!Our commitment to making clean, crisp cold ones will continue this year with the announcement of a new initiative and collaboration series. Lager Land will invite other brewers from around the city and metro area to trial exploratory new recipes using our system and process. We pride our lagering technique as one of the best locally and it's only through others and new experiences that we can continue to learn and refine our craft. Combining our process with guest brewer recipes, we hope to spread the art of lagering further and create more opportunities for consumers to taste the world of lagers
Our first collaboration was completed with Gathering Place Brewing and will be released March 7th in the taproom! Come find out what the beer is and taste this new innovative lager.
