• Tour will take approximately 1-hour, happy hour will follow at a nearby establishment TBD
• E Wells street entrance is currently closed due to construction, you can enter the Associated Bank River Center (ABRC) from the N Water Street or E Kilbourn Avenue entrances, as well as the ABRC parking structure (go to G). Tour will meet in the ABRC rotunda.
• Due to phase of construction, this tour is not “accessible,” stairs will be taken
• PPE required. Bring hard hat, high-vis, safety glasses and closed toed shoes
• Parts of the tour will be outside, weather pending
• No pictures or media permitted

Info: Hunzinger was selected as Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Milwaukee Repertory Theater’s $78 million Renovation Project. This 152,000 SF project located at 108 E Wells Street in downtown Milwaukee, is an extensive renovation that includes building a new theater and renovating its 1988 Powerhouse Theater complex, built in and around the 1900 Oneida Street Power Station. The new Associated Bank Theater Center will become the theater’s main performance space with a flexible configuration, the addition of a fly loft, improved seating and sightlines, improved accessibility, and up-to-date production technology. A new flexible black box studio theater will have more seats, more easily transformable performance space and a new lobby with expanded restrooms, a bar and gathering spaces.
