Compared to artists like Brandy, Alex Isley, Halle Bailey, and Jhené Aiko, Gabrielle writes her music from a combination of deeply personal experiences and observations of others, using lyricism emulating poetry to paint a picture in the listener's mind - creating an "R&B Dreamscape". She found her inspiration in a wide range of artists in R&B, from Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Jill Scott to Summer Walker, JoJo, H.E.R., and Kehlani. Career highlights include being twice-nominated for the Best Female Vocalist at the Seattle Sound Music Awards and winning the award in 2022 and performing with the Songs of Black Folk Choir and Orchestra in 2024 and 2025. Gabrielle's debut EP Moonlit Interludes is available on all streaming and digital purchasing platforms.
