About this Event
Our Ladies Keep Fit Class is a women-only fitness session designed to promote health, wellbeing, and physical activity in a supportive, modest, and Islamic environment. The class offers a range of light to moderate exercises suitable for all ages and fitness levels, focusing on improving stamina, strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
With a comfortable space free from external distractions, this class provides the ideal setting for sisters to stay active while remaining true to Islamic values. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to stay consistent, all are welcome to join and benefit body and mind.
