About your facilitator - Colleen Sinclair is the founder of Building Connections, a thriving community supporting small business owners in the building industry — especially the women holding it all together behind the scenes. Known as The Business GP (Grow Potential, Greater Perspective), Colleen brings 35+ years of experience in leadership, business growth, and is a certified coach and ecredited Edisc practitioner.
