About this Event
Ladies Learn to Lift is a 6‑week programme led by our experienced instructor Rachel Lawson, designed to help women feel confident and capable in the free‑weights area. You’ll learn key barbell and dumbbell movements, build strength and technique, and train alongside like‑minded women in a supportive, empowering environment. No matter your age, ability, or goals — this programme will help you lift with confidence. The Sessions start on Friday 24th April 1:30pm - 2:30pm and are every Friday for 6 weeks
