Introduction to Journalling

What we'll do in this session...

This is a relaxed, friendly journalling session. We will have time to not only make your own handstitched journal but also learn how to use it as a tool to explore and use as a mindful and creative activity on a regular basis for your wellbeing.

This session is about exploring your thoughts and feelings, enjoying writing as a reflective practice creating a safe, supportive space for your own voice.
