Welcome to the LaBori Boxing Fitness Festival!

Come join us at LaBori Boxing Inc. for a day filled with fun, fitness, and boxing! This in-person event is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro.

Get ready to sweat it out with our high-energy boxing workouts, HIIT circuits, sculpt and dance cardio classes led by our experienced instructors. You'll also have the chance to connect with a beautiful community over movement, food, drinks, and treats.

Kids 18 and under will have the chance to experience what is like to be part of our youth program with a taste of boxing and jiujitsu training.

Info: Kids can join us in the front room for boxing training at 10am followed by jiujitsu at 10:30am.

Info: Adults can join us in The Green Room (back room) for sculpt at 10am followed by dance-cardio at 10:30am (you can choose to do both classes, or just one, the festival is meant to be FUN so we want you to try out what YOU are most interested in!)

Info: Adults can join us in the front room for a boxing-based workout at 11am followed by a HIIT circuit at 11:30am.
