TRADITIONAL ROMAN PASTA COOKING CLASS
Join our expert chefs for an exclusive cooking class dedicated to the rich and rustic cuisine of Rome.
Uncover the culinary secrets that have been passed down through generations as you master authentic Roman dishes in our hands-on, immersive class.
Kick off the evening with a welcome glass of prosecco and dive into the world of long pasta-making!
Recipes you will learn:
- Tonnarello all'amatriciana: fresh long pasta with Pecorino Romano PDO, pork cheek, tomatoes and chilli
- Pappardelle cacio e pepe: Pecorino Romano PDO and black pepper
You will also receive detailed digital recipe cards and the class diploma signed by our Chef.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This class is not suitable for vegan or gluten free guests.
This class is designed for adults (unless specified otherwise). An adult must be participate if anyone under the age of 18 is joining the class.
The dishes and ingredients of this cooking class are not changeable.
If more than 9 people book the class, all attendees or some (depending on final numbers), will have to share some equipment and the table. Do not worry though, each participant will make and eat the two recipes from scratch!
All drinks purchased on the day will be charged extra via credit card.
Please note we have a 10 min grace period for lateness, past this time we reserve the right to refuse entrance.
Please note if any of the guests have allergens and/or dietary requirements we can provide dishes with a recipe that does not include the allergen food but due to the layout and operation of our kitchens we do not have specific allergens free zones and it is therefore not possible to fully guarantee separations of allergens
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our classes are non-refundable.
No changes are allowed if the class is missed.
When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Please note that the listed end time is approximate and may vary based on group size and pace. The experience might conclude up to 30 minutes earlier.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:
- Make a someone else attend on your behalf
- Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class ,to postpone it to another in the same month, depending on availability.
La Scuola requires a minimum of 7 participants per class and reserves the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.
