Kundalini yoga invites you to have an experience of yourself, as the totality of who you are, not limited to your physical body.These classes with Maheer ask that you drop all previous perceptions of yoga, especially the physical postures, and have a new experience.
Embodying all the limbs of yoga in a dynamic class, this practice is an amalgamation of attentive focus, motion, poise, pattern, vibration and reverberation sequenced to raise us to our full potential.
Kundalini students are invited to:
- wear white (if the calling is there)
- wear a head scarf (if the calling is there)
- bring any meditative tools they feel pulled to
- bring an open mind (nothing else in this list is required, but openness is a must)
Maheer is a dedicated dentist and martial arts enthusiast who finds his balance through the practice of Kundalini and Yin Yoga. With a passion for holistic wellness, Maheer brings a unique perspective to his yoga classes, blending his knowledge of the body and mind to create transformative experiences for his students.
Maheer's approach to yoga is deeply rooted in the ancient principles of Kundalini and modern Yin Yoga. Through breath, movement, and awareness, he guides his students on a journey of self-discovery, helping them cultivate inner harmony and resilience. Maheer welcomes students of all levels and experience on the mat to journey into the world of these ancient practices
