Expect miracles! :)Hello, I'm Ali :) I’m offering beginners and improvers KundAlini classes on balancing the elements of earth, aitr fire, water and ether, "The 5 Tattvas", in the gorgeous newly opened THRIV salon on Clear Water Way near Roath Park Lake in Cardiff on Sundays from 4-5pm.
This is a high vibe sustainable, vegan friendly and inclusive salon ran by Tiffany and Jade with whom I share a passion for natural and holistic wellbeing. Tiffany has been a student of KundAlini yoga with me for many years now, and her invitation to work from her gorgeous new salon feels deeply aligned with my core values, and has come at the perfect time, as always!
These sessions are focused on the theme of "THE 5 TATTVAS".
A 5wk kundalini yoga and meditation course to activate and balance your connection to earth, air, fire, water and ether."The Five Elements", as we embrace the shift into Autumn and work in synchronicity with this transformational energy and moon phases to create and carve out new ways of showing up in the world, new ways of living, exploring our capacity to adapt and change, to expand and grow into a new and upgraded version of ourself.
KundAlini is not just incredible for our physical health, it is also works on the body-mind-heart connection and the electromagnetic fields of energy that reside within us. Each session will support you in gently clearing subconscious clutter that is holding you back and re-writing any limiting beliefs you hold about what is possible for you.
This is powerful stuff, and its also very nurturing and relaxing. Join me to find out for yourself!
All welcome, no experience necessary, and you can experience your session either sitting on a yoga mat or on the lovely comfy couch at the back . Bring your own yoga mat/cushion if you have one- some mats and blocks available to borrow.

The practise:
KundAlini yoga is an energy-based holistic yoga practise involving a combination of mantra, movement, meditation, postures, breath-work, balance and stretches, followed by a lovely relaxation to complete the session. It is quite different to other styles of yoga, and really has to be experienced to be understood. The overall theme is awakening to your potential, and the individal class focus will shift each week according to the energy of the moon, sun and stars... :)
What to bring:
-Bring a yoga mat to sit on if you have one. (I have some spares)
-Bring a bottle of water
-Bring a cosy blanket, a pillow and an eye mask for the relaxation if you wish.
-Wear comfy clothes you feel relaxed in (layers are best)
-No experience necessary.
Note:
-Suitable for those aged 16yrs+.
-This practise can be experienced on a chair or a mat, as long as you are comfortable.
-The classroom is downstairs and fully accessible.
Contra-indications:
-Please refrain from consuming alcohol and other non-prescription drugs at least 3 hours before (and after) the session, as your sensitivity levels wil be heightened.
-Suitable throughout pregnancy and when menstruating . If pregnant, please make me aware when you arrive so I can provide suitable modifications for you.
-If you have a medical condition that may be affected by undertaking a yoga practise of this nature, please consult your medical practitioner prior to booking.
