About this Event
Kundalini Yoga strengthens your auric field and inner power so you become a force to be reckoned with. This powerful practice helps you to connect deeply to your inner divine Higher Self, and as your power strengthens, dormant energy from the past is moved up and out to make room for something new - all using breathwork, chanting, mudras, movement, and even sometimes dancing and shaking!
This class will challenge you, excite you, calm you, and create space for you to both discover and strengthen your own inner power with the intention to release old stories and negative thoughts, ground your energy, and soften. Hannah will guide you through a yogic journey with a mix of strengthening and gentle movement, lead a powerful healing Kundalini meditation, move into song to solidify the practice and build connection, and end with time for community socializing. Hannah teaches from the divine feminine, and encourages all students new and experienced to listen to their own inner teacher and divine Source to cultivate their own unique experience.

About the Teacher:
Hannah is a designer, healer, and musician - her corporate career spans 12+ years as a design researcher consultant, her healing career spans 7+ years studying within self-development and spirituality, and weaves in her passion for music, singing, and dancing as well. She bridges these passions with the other love of her life, Kundalini Yoga, as a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
Hannah brings a vibrant Generator/ Scorpio energy and an immense amount of compassion to every class she teaches. She loves to use her design skills to creatively design each class so that each participant feels not only held and supported, but leaves with an actionable step to take towards up-leveling their life.
Kundalini Yoga changed Hannah’s life; after her mom passed away in 2012, she jumped into a 9-5, moved across the world, and amongst the challenges that arose she unearthed a passion for self discovery, healthy eating, self-awareness, meditation, and bringing compassion and positivity to her everyday life. Along the way, Kundalini Yoga and music are what helped Hannah to heal and finally emerge from the challenges that came up along this journey from depression, eating disorder, breakups, and grief. She’s incredibly excited to now use the immense amount of space she’s created for herself to hold and help others along their healing journeys as well.
