About this Event
Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness—for good reason. This dynamic and transformative practice combines breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to gently stir the dormant energy at the base of your spine and guide it upward through your energy centers.
In this class, you'll experience powerful kriyas (yogic sequences), chanting, and guided meditations designed to help you release tension, connect to your intuition, and elevate your consciousness. Each session offers space for personal growth, emotional clarity, and energetic reset.
No flexibility or previous experience needed. Bring your breath, an open heart, and a willingness to feel more fully alive.
