About this Event
As we approach a new moon in Libra, we are ushering in a powerful time for us to access and find balance and harmony in our lives. We often forgo our deepest desires in favor of choosing what we feel is expected of us. This often leads to confusion in our true purpose and even resentment towards people placing expectations on us that created internal conflict & cognitive dissonance.
This kundalini workshop and sound healing aims to help us to remove fears around placing trust in our higher guidance and embodying our true selves. It will also bring insights into what is out of balance in our different areas of our lives so we can consciously take the actions needed to achieve greater balance. This is also a good time for us to take a step back, rest and re-align our mind, body, and spirit to the cycles of the moon and use the new moon energies to seed and usher in the next wave of new manifestations into our lives. As we enter deep restorative & meditative states, we inevitably will have more access to our innate healing powers.
For the kundalini yoga portion of the event, we will be physically moving our bodies to clear, balance and restore our energies for removing fear & anxiety. We will complete relatively easy series of movements that help to optimize energetic flow. We will also use powerful tools from Kundalini Yoga to enhance kidney & adrenal functions, which contributes to calmness & peace.
The sounds of ethereal instruments will also help us to experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility. The collection of sound healing instruments include the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, CrystalTone Singing Bowl, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Didgeridoo, Ocean Drums & Rainsticks. The culmination of these both yogic & shamanic healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to flow with transformation & change.

Recommended Preparations:
Please feel free to bring crystals into our space. Pink colored crystals like Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Mangano Calcite, Kunzite, & Morganite are wonderful for tuning into frequencies of unconditional divine love. Green crystals like Malachite, Jade, Serpentine and Seraphinite are also wonderful for the heart. Clear crystals like Lemurian seed crystals, Helkimer’s Diamonds, Danburite can assist in receiving higher dimensional guidance.
Bring journals, pens and paper for note making and journaling.
