• sound & vibration
Everything in this practice is designed intentionally to help regulate the body and calm the mind.
Sometimes it feels almost like meditation, therapy and nervous system healing combined together.
When I was going through heartbreak and emotional pain, this practice truly helped me reconnect with myself again.
It helped me breathe again.
Sleep again.
Feel peace in my body again.
