The kundalini meditation offered here awakens your own inherent spiritual power, kundalini, at the base of the spine, and allows it to flow through your body clearing energetic blockages, trauma, and karmic imprints on the way.

In the Shiva Sutras, a sacred text from Kashmir Shaivism, it is written “Gururupāyah”: The Guru is the path. For there to be a state of enlightenment, one must receive the grace of a guru to allow for this happen. Shaktipat, the descent of grace from a Siddha guru, is an initiation that enables greater states of non-dual awareness, dissolving the ego-self into bliss and supreme consciousness.

There is no need for effort, technique, or force, as shaktipat safely attunes you and your energetic field to higher frequencies, bringing about self-realisation. Once activated, the divine shakti herself takes over, and begins clearing dense energies which may otherwise take years to remove.

What to bring: water bottle, comfortable clothing, flowers and/or fruits for the altar and puja ceremony. Meditation cushions, yoga mats, and chairs are provided. If you have a preferred meditation cushion which you would like blessed, feel free to bring this.
