Kundalini yoga is a lineage that combines mantra, breathing techniques and dynamic physical exercises to raise your energy and calm the mind.
On a more subtle level, we will be working with the kundalini energy that is located at the base of the spine. This is our life force energy, which, when fully awakened and guided up towards the crown chakra opens up a thousands of nadis (energy channels) and manifests as union with the infinite self.
In this course, we will be focusing on different bodily systems - lymphatic, endocrine/hormonal, digestive and nervous systems, as they are closely linked to our energetic body. We will spend a good deal of time on the lower chakras to create a strong foundation for the energy rise. Then we will continue our journey into the higher chakras and work with the mindset and subconscious patterns.
A regular practice of Kundalini yoga can improve physical health and well-being and bring long-lasting positive changes to your life.

About the teacher:
Marina Borovaya is a certified hatha yoga teacher (since 2021), who has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She continually seeks innovative ways to explore the intricate relationships between body, mind and spirit, both on individual and collective levels. She believes that there is wisdom in our bodies that reaches beyond our life experiences and tapping into it is the key to navigating change.
