What is Kundalini Activation?
KA is a direct energy transmission which activates your own personal kundalini energy whilst simultaneously balancing this with non dual states of consciousness.
Kundalini energy is everyone’s primal, creative, healing and spiritual force which lies dormant in the root chakra until activated. Non duality is universal oneness.
A KA session can help:

What do you have to do in a KA session?
Nothing but surrender - that is what is so special about this healing modality. Unlike many other spiritual practices which require a lot of self-willed effort to get kundalini energy to rise, KA is a direct energy transmission so all you have to do is surrender and allow the process to unfold.
You will lie on a comfortable mat (provided) with your eyes closed whilst you listen to the music and receive the transmission. The music is played at a loud volume to enhance the experience so if you are very sensitive to noise then please bring ear plugs.
What will you experience during a KA session?
The spectrum of experience during a session is vast - you may have emotional releases, cathartic or expressive movement, visions, spiritual downloads, guidance, astral travel, deep inward journeying, ecstatic states, laughter, a deep sense of peace… It is such a unique and individual process every time.
One of the wonderful things about KA is that what happens on the mat is just the beginning. Regardless of what you experience during the session, you will have received the transmission and as your personal vibration transforms so does your life experience.
Who is facilitating?
Precious has always been on the spiritual path but formally started training as a shaman at twenty-four years old. She is now able to live out one of her dreams of owning her own healing studio in London. Almost a decade on from the start of her shamanic training, and having learnt other healing modalities along the way, she creates entirely unique sessions relevant to the here and now.
