Eats & Beats at Greenford Quay – April Edition
Kick off the 2026 Eats & Beats series at Greenford Quay – a vibrant, free-to-attend event with a weekend of great food, live music and creative, community-led experiences by the water.
This April, we’re celebrating sustainability in all its forms – from the food you eat to the workshops you take part in. Expect a carefully curated line-up of independent street food traders, eco-conscious makers, live music and hands-on activities for all ages, all set against the canal-side backdrop.
Whether you’re coming for the food, the music or just to soak up the atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to spend a spring weekend with friends and family

Start your weekend the right way with a Camper Van Disco - enjoying the feel-good tunes from a reclaimed vintage campervan right in the heart of the market.
Expect a laid-back mix of funk, soul, disco and crowd favourites as the sun sets over the canal. It’s the perfect backdrop for after-work drinks, great food and that early summer energy with friends.

🎨 Creative Workshops & Activities
Friday (5PM – 9PM):
A highlight from last year’s series, we’re excited to welcome back Let’s Draw Now for a relaxed, fully inclusive drop-in workshop.
Join throughout the evening and get creative with a sustainability-inspired drawing session, designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re staying for five minutes or settling in for longer, it’s a chance to slow down, get involved and create something inspired by the world around us.
No experience needed, just drop in and enjoy.
Saturday (12PM – 5PM):
Join Re'store for a hands-on, drop-in workshop that brings sustainability and creativity together in a meaningful way.
Create your own dreamcatcher using reclaimed materials, transforming everyday discarded items like fabric scraps, broken jewellery and packaging ribbon into something beautiful and unique.
Throughout the session, you’ll learn basic weaving techniques while exploring ideas around reuse, circular design and mindful consumption. Designed to be relaxed and welcoming, the workshop invites you to drop in, take part and connect with others in a shared creative moment.
Suitable for all ages, with all materials provided – each piece made is a small reminder that value can be found in what we usually throw away..
Plus on Saturday:
- Friends of the Grand Union Canal with interactive games and activities
- Free kids craft tent with sustainability-themed activities
- Garden games including giant chess and cornhole
