What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is a direct transmission of life-force energy—powerful, yet gentle on the body’s systems. During a session, your own vital energy, or inner intelligence, becomes activated, supporting expanded consciousness, emotional release, and physical healing.
The energy works naturally with both the physical and energetic bodies, ensuring a safe and organic awakening. And because this isn’t a self-generated practice—meaning you don’t need to control your breath or movement—you’re able to receive exactly what your system is ready for.

The Session
You will lie down on a yoga mat while loud music is played. The facilitator works within your energy field to transmit the energy.
A typical session includes:
- Welcome and brief introduction
- 60-minute transmission
- Closing share
Preparation
No prior experience is needed.
Wear comfortable clothing, eat lightly before the session, and avoid alcohol, drugs, and other stimulants for 24 hours beforehand.
