About this Event

KAP

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct transmission of life-force energy that activates the awakening of your Kundalini. Unlike practices you might “do” such as breathwork or meditation, KAP is something that happens through you. All that’s required is to simply lie down, relax, and surrender to the process.

As the energy moves, it may release stored emotions, dissolve energetic blocks, and open new levels of clarity, alignment, and inner connection. Each person’s experience is unique — some feel waves of bliss or deep relaxation, others may have spontaneous movements, visions, or profound insights.

KAP is not a therapy or a technique to be learned; it is an intelligent energy transmission that meets you exactly where you are, always adapting to what your body and consciousness are ready for.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE ENERGY TRANSMISSION

In a KAP Open Class, you will be guided through the process in a safe and supportive group setting. The session begins with a short introduction and grounding, followed by the energy transmission itself. You will simply lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, relax, and allow the experience to unfold.

During the transmission, you may feel subtle or powerful waves of energy moving through the body. Some people experience spontaneous movements, emotional release, deep states of peace, or expanded states of consciousness. Others feel tingling, heat, or visions — every journey is unique.

An Open Class is a beautiful opportunity to experience KAP for the first time, or to deepen your practice if you have joined before. The group field amplifies the energy, making it possible to connect more deeply with yourself and the life-force that moves through all of us.

What is frequently experienced:

  • Spontaneous body movements (shaking, gentle rocking, mudras (hand gestures), or yoga-like postures without conscious effort)
  • Emotional release (laughter, tears, or cathartic sounds without clear mental triggers)
  • Tingling, heat, or electric currents moving through the body (energetic shifts)
  • Visions, insights, or clarity
  • Waves of bliss, peace, or deep relaxation
  • Lightness or floating sensations ( as though the body is expanding or dissolving)
  • Expanded awareness & perception
  • Out-of-body sensations

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A KAP SESSION

  • Arrive with an open mind — there is nothing to do but surrender and allow the process to unfold.
  • Eat light beforehand — avoid heavy meals for at least 3 hours before the session. If you feel you need something, choose something simple and light such as fruit or a small snack.
  • Most importantly, come as you are. Every session is different, and the energy will meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
  • Limit stimulants — it’s best to avoid coffee, alcohol, or other substances on the day of your session.
  • Bring warm, comfortable clothes and layers — the energy process can sometimes create sensations of both heat and cold in the body.
  • A yoga mat, blanket and eyemask will be provided

  • Arrival Time: Please don't arrive earlier than 13:50, as I will be preparing the studio for you and can only open the door at 14:00 sharp, thank you for your understanding
  • Start Time: The session begins promptly at 14:05 PM once everyone is in the room
