Rest and reset for the weekend with Nat Ananda and the healing frequencies of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, percussion, chimes and voice!
About this Event

This is a nourishing Sound Bath designed to help you relax and reset after the Christmas break and first week back at work, dropping you into a place of deep rest and self-connection 🎶🥣💕

What to expect

We'll begin with a grounding meditation and invocation, before laying back and being bathed by a variety of instruments aimed to take you into a deep state of rest and healing. Natasha will use 432Hz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, percussion, chimes, and drum. Natasha completes each sound bath with her guitar and healing voice. Each experience is unique, but it’s common to experience deep relaxation, emotional and physical release, spiritual insights, and a sense of clarity.

What to bring

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Please do bring some water with you. Additionally, bringing some sort of eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes can also be nice 😎

Timings

Doors open from 6.50pm to allow you time to settle in and get cosy. We will start promtly at 7pm. Once the session begins, no late arrivals will be permitted and unattendance is non-refundable. We'll finish by 8.30pm.

Contradindications

Sound baths are not advised for those in their first pregnancy trimester, have a pacemaker, have experienced sound-related seizures/epilepsy, or are currently experiencing severe mental health. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further 🙏

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is the non-invasive practice of using sound frequencies to bring the body, mind, and emotions back into harmony. The entire universe is in a state of vibration; every organ, cell, and system in the body has its own natural vibration. When these vibrations fall out of balance, we may experience illness or tension. Sound healing uses resonance and entrainment – the tendency of weaker vibrations to synchronize with stronger, harmonious ones – to help the body retune itself.

Benefits of sound healing

💆🏽‍♀️ Deep Relaxation & Stress Relief: lowers heart rate, blood pressure, and muscle tension.

💗 Emotional Release: helps release stored emotions, trauma, and energetic blockages.

🧠 Brainwave Balancing: guides the brain into Theta state, supporting clarity, insight, and decision making.

💞 Enhanced Energy Flow: balances chakras, meridians, and the body’s energetic field.

❤️‍🩹 Physical Healing Support: promotes the body’s natural rest-and-digest healing processes.

☺️ Improved Mental Health: can reduce anxiety, depression, and mental fatigue.

💡 Increased Creativity & Intuition: opens space for inspiration, manifestation, and self-discovery.

🧬 Cellular & DNA Resonance: supports harmony at a deep cellular level.

Thank you for such a beautiful sound bath. You really helped me to shift alot of deep stuff that came up. Thank you for holding the space so beautifully and creating all those healing sounds. Your voice was the cherry on the cake! I’ve taken my mum to sound baths before and she’s never been that into it, but today she was so happy becuase she saw all these beautiful coloured lights and magical images. She’s a hard-to-please woman, so that’s a rave revew from her.Tida
Natasha’s sound healing was a truly special experience and opened some portals for me. I struggle with relaxing because I’m very thought-oriented but her session worked to get me into deeper states of relaxation, particularly in the very special moment when she sang. Natasha is a truly gifted singer-songwriter and it made for such a unique experience when she weaved her voice into the experience.Ketan Lad
