Whether you're spiritually curious or just need a recharge — a practice to help you reset, release, and come home to yourself.About this Event
Join Me for an In-Person KAP Session
Come as you are. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes to lie down in, and an open heart.
So, what is KAP exactly?
Kundalini Activation Practice (KAP) is a gentle, surrender-based energy practice that can help you release what's weighing you down and reconnect with who you really are. Think of it as a deep reset — for your nervous system, your emotions, and your spirit.
Some people come for the spiritual journey. Some just come because they're exhausted and need to feel held for a while. Both are completely valid, and both are welcome here.
A little about my training
I'm trained directly under Alexandra Michelle of Kundalini Arts —a lineage that is a heart-centered and trauma-aware.
What actually happens in a session?
We'll start by saying hi and settling in together — that sense of connection is actually part of the practice. Then I'll guide you into relaxation while a carefully curated playlist sets the tone.
From there, you just lie down and let go. I'll move through the room holding an energetic field (called prana shakti) and may gently direct energy toward certain chakra or meridian points on your body to support your experience. Your body knows what it needs — my job is to create the space for it to happen.
Being together in the same room adds a really beautiful layer to this work. There's something special about a group of people all surrendering and opening up in the same space — the collective field is palpable and powerful.
You might feel subtle tingles or warmth, spontaneous movement, waves of emotion, deep stillness, or vivid inner imagery. Some people cry, some laugh, some feel absolutely blissed out. There's no right way to experience this. And if at any point you want to stop, you simply sit up and open your eyes — you're always in charge.
What do I need to do during the session?
Honestly? Not much. 😊
We'll start with a quick hello and I'll walk you through everything before we begin. Then you'll lie down on your yoga mat or a blanket, get comfortable, and let go. This is a surrender-based practice, which means your only job is to get out of your own way and let your inner intelligence take the wheel. The music will help carry you there — just follow it, breathe, and trust the process.
What should I do to prepare?
Try to eat lightly or fast for about 2 hours before the session — it doesn't have to be perfect, but coming in on a full stomach can make it harder to fully relax and drop in.
Avoiding heavy foods, alcohol, and drugs beforehand really does make a difference. These things can cloud your energy field, dampen the experience, or in some cases open you up faster than your system is ready for. The cleaner you come in, the more you'll get out of it. 🤍
Coming Prepared
- Try to eat lightly (or not at all) in the 2 hours before the session. Heavy meals can make it harder to drop in.
- Do your best to avoid alcohol, meat, and heavy foods in the lead-up to the session.
- For the most potent experience, please avoid alcohol, plant medicines, and any other mind-altering substances for at least 24 hours beforehand.
There are no prerequisites and no experience necessary — if you feel called to be here, you're welcome.
A gentle but important note
KAP is a safe practice that works with your body's own natural energy — but it isn't the right fit for everyone. Out of care for your wellbeing, this practice is not recommended for those who experience mania, paranoia, delusion, or psychosis.
It's also really important that you come with a clear, sober mind and body. Mixing KAP with plant medicines or other psychoactive substances isn't just discouraged — it can lead to unnecessarily intense and difficult experiences. When practiced as intended, KAP is a gentle, gradual, and beautifully integrative path. Let's keep it that way. 🤍
What might you feel afterward?
Many people notice a sense of clarity, emotional lightness, or unexpected insights in the days that follow. You might sleep more deeply, dream vividly, or just feel a little more like yourself again. Honor whatever comes up — your body and spirit are still doing good work even after the session ends.
A note on the journey
KAP is a practice, not a one-time fix. Like meditation, the real magic builds over time. With regular sessions, many people notice a genuine shift — feeling more grounded, more open, and more at home in themselves.
I'd love to have you join us. 🤍
