Kundalini Activation is a form of ancient energy work to expand consciousness, integrated with modern understanding of the nervous system and brain plasticity. It works through resonance. As a facilitator, I hold a specific frequency that allows your own inherent life force to respond and attune as well as your nervous system to relax.
The energy moves according to your system’s capacity. Only as much unfolds as you can process in that moment, which allows the experience to be both deep
and self-regulating. With regular exposure, many people experience shifts in perception, emotional processing, and nervous system regulation.
The practice can support greater neural flexibility, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection between body, mind, and felt experience.
All you need to do is lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and allow the process to unfold.
The energy expresses itself in different ways. When emotions are ready to be released, they may move through the body as sound or physical expression — crying, laughing, trembling, or vocalizing. This is a natural part of the process and helps the system discharge stored tension.
