TrapBootcamp is led by Kawanna “OJD” Lewis, a certified personal trainer, mindset transformation specialist, and fitness educator with over a decade of experience.

Begin Workout
Info: Warm-Up & Movement Assessment (5–10 minutes)
We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up using multiple planes of motion to:
Gently elevate the heart rate
Increase mobility and joint readiness
Assess the overall fitness level of the group
During this time, participants will be grouped into:
Novice
Intermediate
Advanced
This allows everyone to train safely, effectively, and confidently.
HIIT-Style Workout (30 minutes)
Once groups are set, we’ll move into a high-energy HIIT circuit designed to challenge the body while staying adaptable for all levels.
Workout Format:
6 exercises
1 minute per exercise
3 total rounds
Expect a mix of:
Strength
Cardio
Functional movement
Modifications and progressions will be provided for each level.
Cool Down & Mindful Moment (10 minutes)
We’ll finish with:
Full-body stretching
Breathwork
A guided Mindful Moment of Reflection
This is followed by an Energetic Release, allowing participants to reset, ground, and leave feeling empowered—not depleted.
