Prachtwerk brings Krautrock legends Embryo to Berlin!
The legendary band Embryo has been around since 1969 still evolving living through generations and crossing borders. Formed in 1969 in Germany by Christian Burchard. One of the most original and innovative Krautrock bands Embryo is fusing traditional music with their own jazzy space rock style. An international collective with influences from all over the world and a rare gem of musical creativity. Since 2016 Marja the daughter of the former Christian Burchard has been leading the band. She brings new energy with the same spirit. Jazz Rock psychedelic melodies from all over the world Rhythms and Improvisations are fusing into a new sound never heard before. It's pure music.
Embryo will be joined by an emerging progressive jazz band from Latvia - Viral Mind. Their music breaks away from the ordinary by incorporating a diverse range of genres achieving an organic sound that is extremely captivating and hypnotising during live shows. Blending progressive rock jazz Latin grooves and electronica their music is brought to life with stunning light projections creating the perfect escape into a world of sound and visual artistry.
