At Wholesome, we believe food, music, and community are
the perfect recipe for joy. This workshop will be a mix of
experiences some activities will be done in pairs, some will be
chef-led demonstrations, and some will be prepared together
in true community style. Cook a little, sing a little, and enjoy
the flavors of Korean street food as the karaoke spirit comes
alive.

Learn to assemble and grill Korean-style vegetable
skewers
Make Korean fried mozzarella cheese
Chef-led, community-style preparation of the signature
spicy Korean sauce , toss your fried bites in it once ready
Prepare rice paper tteokbokki (not the authentic version
)guided by the chef, and toss your favourite ingredients to
make a community style bowl

At Wholesome, step into an evening that feels like a little escape to
Korea. Sing your favorite K-Pop hits, laugh with friends, and
discover the joy of community-style street cooking. Some
ingredients will be pre-prepped to keep it simple, so you can focus
on cooking a little, singing a little, and sharing the flavors together.
✨ What you’ll do in pairs :
Assembling Korean Skewers – Choose from an array of
vegetables and proteins, assemble your skewers, and grill
them to perfection in pairs.
Korean Fried Cheese / Chicken – Work in pairs to crumb-coat
and prep your cheese or chicken. The chef will handle the
frying while you enjoy the fun of preparation (and karaoke).
Korean Spicy Sauce (Community Style) – Come together as a
group to prepare the signature spicy Korean sauce. Once
ready, you’ll toss your fried bites in it.
Non-Traditional Rice Paper Tteokbokki Rolls – With the
chef’s guidance, roll your own quicker, non-traditional version
of tteokbokki. The chefs will then prepare a community-style
sauce, toss everything together, and serve it back as a shared
bowl for all participants to enjoy.
This workshop is perfect for food lovers, groups , friends, or
couples looking for a fun, interactive evening of cooking, learning,
and indulging.
