About this Event
Aloha! Moonrise Coffee Roasters & Arts in the Open presents Kopena - a Maui - inspired, professionally instructed painting class for artists with and without disabilities. At Kopena, we will sip on some fantastic coffee, paint scenes of Mauka and Makai (mountainside/seaside), and celebrate inclusion with our friends from the All-Stars Club! Choose to come and create yourself or sponsor a seat for an amzing ASC artist!
- 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Sunset Silhouette Painting - Artist and Teacher Heather Abreu will help you create a beautiful ocean sunset silhouette painting step by step. Drift away into your beach dream in this relaxing workshop!
- 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Mountain MultiMedia Collage - Artistic Director and teacher librarian Matthew Davis will guide you through creating your own collage using many different materials! Express your love of the mountains or let your mind run wild in the fun workshop.
- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Sunset Silhouette Painting - Artist and Teacher Heather Abreu will help you create a beautiful ocean sunset silhouette painting step by step. Drift away into your beach dream in this relaxing workshop!
Your ticket price includes materials, a handcrafted Moonrise drink, and savory treats!
