If you have never tried Home Brewed Kombucha, then you are in for a marvellous surprise!

Are you tired of the same old flavours in the supermarkets? Do you yearn for that delicious sip that just hits the spot? Join Food Therapist Lisa for an exciting and interactive Kombucha Workshop where you'll learn how to make your own delicious and healthy kombucha at home, saving you £££'s and allowing you to get really creatve with your flavours. Get ready to explore the art of fermenting this trendy probiotic drink!

Location: Claremont Road, London, NW2 1AP

Making Kombucha can be daunting when you have no idea what your drink will look like as it ferments, you will leave this workshop with a good understanding of what is good and what is not and the confidence to brew your own. During this in-person workshop, Lisa will guide you through the step-by-step process of brewing your own kombucha. You'll discover why this probiotic drink is so good for you, the do's and don'ts of brewing, flavouring and carbonation techniques and ideas.


W hat you will get:

Before we get brewing, w e will enjoy a tea party together, where you can taste of a range of Kombucha's made with different teas and different flavours, some carbonated, some not. This will give you and idea of what kind of tea you want in your first ferment and wether you want to go for a second ferment or just leave it 'au natural'.

Y ou will then get hands on practice using your own Kombucha brewing kit containing:

  • A K ombucha fermenting jar for 1L
  • A reusable m uslin cloth for brewing and straining
  • Y our very own SCOBY to take home and care for
  • A 1L bottle for your second ferment
  • A choice of organic black or organic green tea with organic sugar to make your kombucha
  • A special bonus on how to supercharge your kombucha!

Whether you're a kombucha enthusiast or a beginner, this workshop is suitable for all levels. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share tips, and connect with fellow kombucha lovers. All of the course content will be emailed to you post workshop so you can relax and enjoy the process.
