TRIO HEINZ HERBERT
The Zurich-based Trio Heinz Herbert unites free jazz psychedelia with electronic arpeggio krautrock ala Harmonia, Manuel Götsching and Cluster. Here you will find collective improvisation and ambient moods, winding guitars, nervous drums and abrupt layers of electronic undercurrents. The group has been praised for its energetic and psychedelic fantasy landscapes, where they explore digitally orchestrated tension fields, moods and mirror labyrinths. Electric guitar, electronic sounds, Hammond organ, piano, samples and drums are the tools to create these musical mirror labyrinths.
The music is dense, sometimes fast-paced and shimmering, sometimes calm and minimalist, but no matter where they take us, there is always air to breathe in their music. In other words:
This is music from Switzerland that doesn't sound like a cheesy chocolate mountain cliché. Or as they themselves say: music in constant change, like the changing, multifaceted body of a flock of migratory birds.
This band has a smog-free view into space, so stop by if you want to join in on a cosmic ride in the ring.

BIRDS OV PARADISE
Birds ov Paradise is a music project by Swedish artist David Sabel. David has a background in Sound-art and classical composition and a deep interest in drone/noise music and visual art.
Apart from a passion for making sound-installations and building experimental instruments, he also plays bass with Anna von Hausswolff and composes music for contemporary dance installations and theatre.
As Birds ov Paradise have release records on labels such as Hypnus Records Aniara Records, Jens Records, Konstrukt and Manjumasi.
