KOLLISION is a guided, low‑impact, bodyweight mat workout that blends intentional movement with mindset work—designed to be a holistic fitness experiene.
What to Expect
- Strength-based, low-impact mat workout using bodyweight
- Core-focused movement to build heat and stability
- Breathwork and moments of pause to reset and reconnect
- Guided mindset cues supporting clarity, resilience, and expansion
Guests will leave feeling stronger physically and more grounded mentally.
Run of Show
- 10:30 – 11:00 AM: Coffee, tea, and water station + guest check-in and mat setup
- 11:00 – 12:00 PM: Fitness class led by fitness instructor and content creator, Kamelle Mills
- 12:00 – 1:00 PM: Post-class reception with light bites, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages
