About this Event
Healthy relationships, whether they are friendships or intimate are fundamental to our wellbeing and should always be based on equality and respect. Would you know the signs if this was not the case?
As part of the Do Not Ignore the Signs campaign, we are running an hour-long workshop where we'll help you understand what makes relationships healthy (or not).
Join us in a welcoming, safe space, open to all. Where we'll explore:
- how to recognise coercive control and domestic abuse
- misconceptions about unhealthy relationships
- how to support a friend and
- where to get help.
Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected in their relationships. Let's work together to understand the signs and create positive connections.
