Master the essentials of knife handling in this hands-on class designed to sharpen your skills in the kitchen! From the difference between a mince and a dice to safely cutting tricky ingredients like mangoes, we’ll cover all the basics and beyond. Learn how to hold your knife properly, practice classic cuts, and explore specialty techniques that will make your prep work faster, safer, and more efficient.
After perfecting your cuts, we’ll put your skills to delicious use by preparing a simple soup and a fresh fruit salad to enjoy together. Whether you’re a kitchen novice or looking to refine your technique, this class will leave you with the confidence to tackle any recipe.
