By purchasing the ticket, you are agreeing to the following:

The facilities of the Denver Turnverein, Inc. are for the use and benefit of all members, subject to opening and closing hours and applicable fees for admission to events and classes. In addition, we are subject to various requirements in connection with our liquor license. 

We have adopted the following rules for the safety of our members, guests, and employees:

1. All individuals attending regularly scheduled dances and group classes must be members 

of the Denver Turnverein and pay the annual membership fee, subject to promotional 

exceptions that we may announce.

2. Dancers younger than 18 years of age may become members, provided their parent or

legal guardian signs the membership form. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for 

the conduct of their children while in the building.

3. We do not permit violation of city or state liquor codes on our premises. Liquor laws prohibit 

bringing in alcohol or removing any alcoholic beverages from the building. Members agree to 

provide a valid proof of ID at the bar, if so requested. Minors under the age of 21 are not 

permitted to consume alcohol on the premises by state law. 

4. Only our licensed bartenders or a licensed bartender hired by a person or entity renting 

space in the building for a special event may serve alcohol in our building.

5. For the safety of our attendees and employees, we reserve the right to deny entry or continued access to the building to any person who appears to be intoxicated or disorderly.

6. We do not permit marijuana or recreational drugs to be used or brought on the premises. 

7. We do not permit any firearms on the premises.

8. Smoking or vaping of any substance inside the building or outside within 15 feet of the front door entrance is not permitted.

9. Some dances and events may require vaccination for COVID-19. Members agree to provide proof of vaccination to attend these dances. 

10. Any individual who causes damage to the physical property of the Denver Turnverein, Inc. will be held financially responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

Violation of these Rules and Regulations may result in termination of membership
