This session aims to give people a chance to find out more about the Launchpad for Literacy Toolkit. We will explore how the Toolkit upskills people to understand more about the specific and incremental detail of Speech, Language & Communication and other Early Literacy Skills. Most fundamentally we will discuss how the Launchpad Toolkit gives people the ability to identify and target children's skill gaps which are acting as a barrier to learning, progression and to meeting age-related expectations. The main applications of Launchpad will also be explored so that you can consider how these align with the priorities for your schools and the needs of your children.
